When Charlotte Moerman embarked upon the journey of motherhood she had no idea of what adventures lay ahead. Fast-track five years later and Charlotte is the mother of three playful boys under the age of five. Charlotte began blogging for parenting website www.raisingkids.co.uk after being persuaded by a National Childbirth Trust friend and editor of the site to shares her tales as the ‘Buggy Blogger’. To date it has received over 200,000 hits.

Instructions Not Included is a frank and funny account of Charlotte’s observations of life with children, their daily exploits and the consequent affect on her wellbeing and the decisions she faces. In particular, whether to return to work, with the aid of childcare; return to education; or indeed sticking with what she knows and preparing for child number four.
